THE DETAILS

Terms of Service

The terms for this private Tintmill preview. Updated November 2, 2026.

Using this preview

Tintmill is a creative software preview. You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the Acceptable Use policy. This preview may change as the product is developed.

Accounts and your work

Sign-in identifies your account and protects account-specific records. You are responsible for your activity and for having the necessary rights and permissions to upload, edit or generate material. Do not use another person’s account or attempt to access their private assets.

Examples and AI availability

Example photographs and editorial prompts illustrate the workflow. They are not evidence that a model generated that image. Generation uses SpicyAPI when enabled for your account. Model availability and a price quote are checked before each submission; listings do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Subscriptions and units

No payment is accepted in the current private preview. Proposed paid plans use separate image units and video seconds, with no signup credits or free trial. Final plan allowances, renewal consent, taxes, cancellations and provider restrictions will be shown before a production purchase can be made. Pro’s image allowance is not finalized and is not offered for purchase.

Content rights

You retain your existing rights in your inputs. Rights to generated material depend on applicable law and the selected model’s license and provider terms. Tintmill does not promise exclusive ownership, trademark clearance or unrestricted commercial rights. You are responsible for reviewing the result before use.

Reliability and account controls

Preview software may contain errors or be unavailable. Keep your own copies of important files. You can remove your uploaded assets and creation records through the account workspace. We may restrict misuse or suspend activity that violates these terms.

Before public release

The operator’s verified identity, support channel and applicable jurisdiction will be published before production billing opens. The Refund Policy and Privacy Policy form part of the service information.
