Creative exploration
Tintmill is a general-purpose tool for art, illustration, photography workflows and short visual stories. Fantasy, atmospheric horror, dark art and unconventional visual themes are part of that creative scope. The phrases unfiltered and creative freedom describe our aim to offer artists more choice; they do not promise acceptance of every prompt or remove legal, consent, provider or platform requirements.
Protect children and obtain consent
Do not create sexual material involving minors, exploit children, or upload intimate content without the informed consent of the adults depicted. Do not create or distribute non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or images intended to undress a real person.
No abusive or unlawful activity
Do not use the service for threats, targeted harassment, fraud, identity theft, illegal sexual content, terrorism, or instructions that facilitate serious harm. Do not create deceptive material intended to impersonate a real person or misrepresent a material event.
Respect rights
Upload only material you are authorized to use. Respect copyright, trademarks, publicity rights and privacy. Do not remove ownership markings from material you are not authorized to edit.
Respect the service
Do not attempt unauthorized access, evade payment or access controls, disrupt the service, or use stolen credentials. Do not present another person’s outputs as your own account history.
Provider rules and enforcement
Connected models and providers may apply additional restrictions. Availability depends on those rules. The public service must publish a verified reporting and appeal channel before launch. We may refuse or restrict activity that breaches these conditions.
